Ursula Haverbeck was born on November 8, 1928, in Winterscheid, Hesse-Nassau, Weimar Germany. She was married to Werner Georg Haverbeck, a former German official. Together, they founded the Collegium Humanum, an institution that was later banned by the German government for promoting NS ideology.

In 2015, at the age of 87, Haverbeck was sentenced to ten months in prison for Holocaust denial. Subsequent convictions led to additional sentences, including a two-year prison term served between 2018 and 2020. Despite her age, she continued her activities, resulting in further legal actions. In June 2024, she was convicted again and sentenced to 16 months in prison for incitement, but she died before serving this sentence.​..

Ursula Haverbeck passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 96.
