Francis Parker Yockey (1917–1960) was an American lawyer, political theorist, and far-right ideologue best known for his 1948 book Imperium: The Philosophy of History and Politics, published under the pseudonym Ulick Varange. Influenced by Oswald Spengler’s The Decline of the West, Yockey advocated for a pan-European empire.
